We prepare Requests by Authorization, Notices of Deposition, Deposition Questions, and/or Subpoena Duces Tecum. Our team has the knowledge and understanding to assist with admissible, inadmissible and reasonable/necessary discovery requests. When necessary, we will also prepare Affidavits to prove up the requested records.

If the fraud involves your medical plan, your drivers license or someone using your Social Security number for employment then you have the assistance of legal counsel.
